Rob Rupp

Chief Executive Officer

Robert (Rob) Rupp joined LifePoint, May 2020, from Integris Grove Hospital in Grove, Oklahoma, where he served as president from 2017-2019. Before Grove Hospital, he served as CEO of the Medical Center of South Arkansas in El Dorado; CEO of Harris Hospital in Newport, Arkansas; interim and assistant CEO for several facilities; and director at Hill Regional Hospital in Hillsboro, Texas.

From 1984-2004, he served in the United States Air Force, completing his duty in personnel management as a First Sergeant. 

Robert holds a Master of Business Administration from Webster University in San Antonio, Texas, and a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Education from Wayland Baptist University in San Antonio, Texas. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association.

Jack Wilcox

Chief Financial Officer

Jack Wilcox joined the Ennis Regional team in 2008 in the dual roles of Chief Financial Officer and Ethics and Compliance Officer adding CFO/ECO responsibilities for an additional facility, Parkview Regional Hospital, in January 2013. 

Prior to coming to Ennis he served in various operational and financial roles with companies such as Triad Hospitals, HCA, Price Waterhouse Coopers and Medical Care International. His 20 plus years of healthcare experience includes physician practice management, ambulatory surgery center operations, and management of acute care hospitals.

He has served in the Chief Financial Officer role at hospitals in California, Arkansas, and Texas and is a current member of the Texas Hospital Association Medicaid Special Task Force.  He holds a Bachelors of Science in Accounting degree, is a Certified Public Accountant (TX), and also a Chartered Global Management Accountant.

Edwina Miner

Chief Nursing Officer

Edwina Miner joined LifePoint in August of 2011 and Ennis Regional in February of 2012, adding CNO responsibilities for an additional facility, Parkview Regional Hospital, in July 2016.

Before coming to LifePoint she helped open a newly licensed 137 bed acute care hospital in Houston. Prior to opening the new hospital she was the CNO/COO for Signature and TRIAD hospitals in Brownwood and Wharton, Texas.

Edwina has more than 38 years of healthcare operations and leadership experience in hospitals ranging from 116 to 1200 beds.  She has worked in New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Texas and has served on varied local and state healthcare committees on nursing education, continuum of care, and healthcare delivery.

She holds a Masters in Healthcare Administration and is a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives
